"We hired rob to stain our new fence and older deck. Rob is very knowledgeable and considerate. He was quick on giving a reasonable quote, communicated thoroughly, and finished the project in a timely manner. He even dropped off a brochure of stain colors for my convenience and was honest and reduced his quoted price since he did not have to use as much stain as previously thought. "Dave and his crew were fantastic! I ordered the wrong color by mistake! Dave and I went to the Sherwin Williams paint store. They were unable to tweak my bad paint to match the bracket from the door so I ended up buying a new gallon that matched it perfectly! With Dave's contractor discount I did save money on the new paint. He was so helpful and cooperative! They did a great job on the door and trim. Looks brand new! "Greg did excellent work on a bathroom remodeling project for a rental house in Grandview. He first removed damaged sheetrock, then he treated the area for mold. He replaced the damaged sheetrock with cement board and installed new tiles. In addition to the original work, he had to re-install plumbing and add new insulation. He showed great patience during the project as the tenant obstructed his work hours, making entry into the house a challenge. The finished bathroom looks great!"
