"James was outstanding and did everything he quoted and was on time for the quote, power washing and paint job. He was east to work with and even did more work than he quoted and save us from having to paint one wall ourselves. We did the lower part of the house and he did the upper parts, dormers and chimney. "The painting and staining crew did exactly what we asked, so there is no fault there. The only reason to give a 4.5 in customer service is because I wish the crew would have said a couple of times, "are you sure this is what you want?" Because after it was done, there are a few changes I wished we had asked for that are apparent after the fact, but would have meant extra time and money. I know that would have slowed the job and it isn't their fault, and we can make the changes after the fact. But still, to be a 10 star they could have used their expertise and brought the small issues to our attention."
