"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"We just moved into an older house. We found animal feces in the attic. Spoke with Scott at 2pm today by 3pm he had John from Identify Pest Control come by and he cleaned up the attic for us and sprayed a sanitize/disinfectant spray. John did amazing work and Scott was very professional on the phone. These guys are legit. We also have concerns with ants, beetles, and carpenter bees. We are hiring these guys to take care of all those concerns/issues. I was impressed with how fast they got back to us. Great price for their services."
