"I've had a contract with ECOLA for ten years or so. They come and inspect every year, or during the year if there's an issue, and if they find anything, they treat it. The inspectors and technicians are very professional and friendly. They wear "booties" in the house to protect the floor. Most important, when they treat termites they don't come back. Worth a call!"

"It was good. I have not seen any issues. I would highly recommend them."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Robert is amazing! He resolved a huge mouse infestation in less than a day. Will hire him again."

"It was very good. Anytime I need anything extra he was easy to get ahold with and he came out right away."

"The inspector Anthony Gordon was very punctual and very personable, I liked him right away. He seemed to be a very conciencous hard working individual that went right to work with his inspection explaining to me as he performed the inspection what he saw and what needed to be done. The inspection was very methodical and complete. His professionalism led me to agree to have All pro Pest do the job. The job has been scheduled and I will post my experiences good or bad after the job is complete. Stay Tuned

"To begin with, I was so pleased with the lady who answered the phone. She got me an appointment quickly and was sympathetic about my bug invasion.
The technicians arrived promptly. They set out ant bait (the stuff you can't get at Home Depot), sprayed inside and out, and within an hour my ant problem was history.
They also treated my yard for gophers and found and removed a bee hive further out in the yard that was lurking in the sprinkler control box. These treatments were additional cost items.
Dave is the fellow who comes when I have any new issues. He is very helpful and courteous.
The only limitation I've had with Hearts is one time I had a bee invasion in my house, and because of the location (so close to where the ceiling and roof met), Hearts couldn't help me. I called "The Bee Guy" who helped me.
Something to keep in mind is that each location is its own franchise. The people (management, dispatch and technicians) at the Rancho Bernardo location are different than the others.

"Thank you for the fast response when we needed your help at one of our properties. You efforts helped us get rid of rats and bring our property’s situation to normal. The knowledge and the professionalism of your guys were very impressive. Though I hope we would never need your pest control services again, it’s good to know that you’d be there immediately when we need your help."
