He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

Clearly this is not enough time for any work to be done let alone evaluate if their work solved the problem. I was able to get an appointment within a week of the call. Steve was on time, to the point, very nice and explained their process and gave me suggestions based on experience. I was able to get an appoint to start the work within a week. So far I am very impressed and look forward to them helping me solve my mice issue. *Also, compared to the other company that called me. EcoLife's prices were reasonable if not less than the other company. The other company has been too pushy and wanted me to hire them without actually coming out to see how bad the problem is."
