"The technician inspected the home on the interior and exterior, then applied the termite treatment externally. He did not need to drill holes under the concrete slabs as he was able to remove the plugs that were in the holes when the property was originally treated. He needed to borrow my watering hose as his was not long enough to make it all around the property, but rolled it up neatly when he was finished. He also mentioned that he saw some evidence of other pests that I should monitor.

"I would like to say Pro Pest Removal offered me another month free and bring more traps. By that time I did not want to deal with them anymore. So, Rick, the owner, refunded my money and left the three traps he brought out, I know he told Home Advisor they had been out three times but that is not so. Rick came on February 18th with three traps, I paid him upfront 250 dollars and never saw him again. I hope this company can get it together and treat their clients with a little more respect. Not returning phone calls or texts just is not how you treat people. I do appreciate he gave me my money back and offered his assistance free getting rid of the moles in my yard."
