"The inspector Anthony Gordon was very punctual and very personable, I liked him right away. "I was initially reluctant to consider West Coast Pest Solutions because they appeared to be a small and newer company. My concerns were lessened when I met Derek. He is obviously knowledgeable and straightforward. He was open about being part of a small family company, with only 5 years of termite experience personally, although other family members have 20 years or more. He explained why I didn't need the more expensive service I thought I needed. He did everything promised thoroughly, quickly and well, and at a very reasonable price considering the amount of work involved. I was completely satisfied and am glad to recommend him."

"I have used the pest control services from Premium Pest Management for the last two years after to moving to the area. Due to the area that I live in there were issues with rodents and insects. I was having to spray often for insects, and they were still able to enter my home. The rodents were causing issues around the house including damaging my patio furniture and causing wire damage. Joseph and the team came monthly and did an excellent job. After starting service with the company, I no longer had problems with pests in the house and they were greatly diminished around the house also.
