"On Saturday, we found a snake in the back yard who looked like he went under our house behind the a/c unit - next to our doggie door (yikes). After speaking on the phone with David who was a great communicator, he investigated with his manager and found they could not go under our house (we have a manufactured home with a 2-3 foot crawl space) but they could come out and put sticky traps which have worked for them in the past. Javier and Jorge arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night - great service last minute on the weekend which I really appreciated as I have a small dog and couldn't let him in the yard. They thoroughly checked our yard and the yard next door - and the a/c unit next to the house and set out 2 traps. Unfortunately the traps did not work, I checked the next morning and one was covered with sand from the wind (here at Windy Point) and the other caught a mouse and it took 5 hours for him to die which was awful. Have not seen the snake since and am being extremely cautious when we go out. We believe the snake, beige in color, was probably not venomous but we no nothing about snakes. It was $90 which for a Saturday night I was fine with paying. My only con was the traps didn't work for me and my snake. I greatly appreciate Pest Control Solutions who was the only company I could find that would come out for snakes. I had never had this experience and didn't know what to do so called our property management, Animal Control, my current pest control company, and several others - and no one would come - EXCEPT PEST CONTROL SOLUTIONS!! Oh when they arrived we recognized Javier as the same person who had come out 3 years ago and sealed the bottom of our house from mice. Great service once again Javier thank you."

"Bee N' Wasp removal came out the very same day that we called to remove some active wasp nests from our home and check for other activity. They answered our questions about bees and wasps and even told us what product to use if we see wasp activity in the future. We're very pleased with them.

"Inspection performed by Steve Marcione. Professional, punctual and good report made on situation. Thorough inspection made. Proposal made for anti termite treatment using Orange oil. I opted not to do the treatment at this time."

"Very knowledgeable and efficient! Targeted to termite entry question (chimney, with nest in the attic over the master bathtub) and resolved it and other insect challenges at a reasonable cost."

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"It went very well and I really appreciated their responsiveness and efforts.  My only issue was after the possum was trapped and was sitting in the cage, no one came to get it for quite awhile.  It was an extremely hot day and the possum was trapped in the blazing sun for hours, so I just felt really bad about that.  I called a few times to urge them to hurry up and come get it but it was not until later in the day.

"Great Price! Great Service! They called me right away and came out within a couple of hours. They got rid of my ant problem! I never write comments but figured I should since I was sincerely impressed with them!"
