"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"Sophie is amazing. She came exactly when she said she would. Meticulously described what she was going to do, was efficient and super professional. She is an expert in pest control and I learned much just by hiring her."

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"I have hired 3 pest control folks in 6 years to take care of a continuous issue. Brian at Simply Rodents has been the best at communicating and explaining how the rodents were getting in and how the other companies failed to properly secure the entry points. Brian is always on time and his communication has been top notch. He has always responded to my questions in a timely manner. He saw that I had a severe ant and spider issue and took care of that issue for me as well. One less thing for me to worry about! I would highly recommend Brian at Simply Rodents for any pest control issue that you have. I am so happy that I found such a great company to help me maintain my house."

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"Did a thorough job fast and clean I highly recommend this company"

"Inspection performed by Steve Marcione. Professional, punctual and good report made on situation. Thorough inspection made. Proposal made for anti termite treatment using Orange oil. I opted not to do the treatment at this time."

"They are knowledgeable, friendly, explained termite control methods. I am happy with their service."

"Eliminate Em Pest comes out every other month to keep the creepy crawlers away and helped me when I had a rest infestation. They have always been quick, efficient, safe for my animals and affordable. Customer service is top notch!"
