"For the most part, the service technicians who did the pest control work were good, prompt and efficient. I did have some problems with administration of the work, as on occasion, the technicians idea of what they were supposed to do did not match up with my notion of what they were hired to do as described by office personnel. Even now there remains some confusion as to whether or not follow-up work is to take place and is it is scheduled. Otherwise, the work done by this company was successful. I cannot endorse them 100% because I am uncertain what will happen next and if the successful work will remain so."

"Only great things to say about this company. They went above and beyond to help us. I live in California and my daughter lives on Oahu with her boyfriend and there were bedbugs in their apartment. They had a few people come out and inspect but no one was able to treat. You take an 18 and 20 year old learning to adult and fortunately Mid-Pacific was up for it. They were patient, punctual, flexible and effective. James has been out to do the second treatment and all is well. Their customer service is incredible and I have to say I was panicking because of these bugs.
