"Cameron (owner) communicates reliably, is easy to talk to, and the treatments are effective. We do general pest treatments as well as treating the yard for fleas and ticks because the dogs spend a lot of time in the grass. When we discovered a wasp next along the front sidewalk last summer, he stopped by the next day to take care of it. Very happy with his services."

"Last year 1st Response did an application to my house to control ants. By November I had ants in my basement and by February they were in my kitchen. After I called a man showed up and, after seeing that I had a patio, said that patios are where ants live and no wonder I had an ant problem. He said that they have a spray that they use on patios but didn't use it last year. He said he'd make a note to apply it this year which had me wondering why they didn't use the spray in the first place knowing that my patio is where ants live. Go figure. He did put out a poison and we haven't seen any ants since. Thank goodness for the "guarantee.""

"He powdered the area where the yellow jackets were coming in behind the siding. He also did a perimeter spray for other pests"

"Troy did a fantastic job, ! He was such a positive person, friendly and wanted me to be genuinely satisfied and I was! I had a problem that I was dealing with for over a month, Wasps in my basement!!! We had a hard time finding out where they were coming in but we found out they were coming in thru an old chimney flu, well they were accessing it through the attic vents where they were nesting. Troy did a great job on ridding me of that problem and I am so grateful. I think I’ll use him yearly for maintaining in spring and fall. Thanks Troy!"

"Mice problem in 4400 sq ft of attic; they removed all insulation then disinfected and sanitized the area. Installed new thermal, acoustical, and pest control insulation. Inspected and sealed any exterior entry points. Also included food traps. Josh and his team are fantastic, very professional. They communicate at every step of the way.
