A google search named several companies in the Jackson area. Unlike others, this one didn t require a fee for coming out, so we chose them. Very friendly, professional and prompt, even amidst the plague of the Coronavirus. Critter control not only placed traps that removed our unwelcome critters, they also checked in and returned to find a new hole promptly repairing the new hole, while also preventing more. Highly, highly recommended company, and affordable. For the first time in a long time, we haven t heard squirrels invading our space."

"These guys worked so hard to remove a colony of bees from my home! They worked late into the evening (bees must be removed at night) and were covered in honey when they left. Then they came back the next day and cleaned some more! Tedd went above and beyond, he brought in my packages that were sitting outside the front door, cleaned the stairs where honey had dripped, and left my home looking pretty good considering what had happened there the night before. "I had a large infestation of bats in my attic, and I really didn't know where to start with the process of getting rid of them and my attic restored. A friend of mine recommended Critter Capture. I called and the owner personally came to give me an inspection and estimate. Turns out I had large amounts of bat guano all over my attic which had caused a huge, smelly mess. Critter Capture evacuated the bats. They removed the attic insulation which was really messed up from the bat guano and urine. They vacuumed and cleaned the attic and replaced my old insulation with blown insulation. They sealed up my gable vents to prevent any re-entry. They also replaced some rotten wood in another outside area of my house which could have possibly been used as an animal entry point, and they painted the wood. I was very pleased with the work they did for me. They are courteous, professional, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable and do quality work. Also, the office manager was always available and helpful throughout the process with any questions I had. I would most definitely recommend Critter Capture to anyone having problems with critters."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
