"Had a leaking garbage disposal and went to Angi to find a plumber close to me. After reading all the reviews, made an appointment online. Carl showed up on time and within 10 minutes, he had the problem isolated and gave me three options. He also put covered his shoes before he entered to protect my hardwood floors. I went with the middle option and in addition to putting in a new disposal, he also fixed the drain connections which weren't done correctly by the previous installer. To do that, he needed to go to City Mill for new parts and kept me informed how much the new parts would be and when he would return. When he was finished he also cleaned up the whole area. After he was done, he answered all my questions and shared that I chose the option he would have for his own place. Definitely recommend both Carl and Brinson's Plumbing. While Brinson's was not the cheapest quote I got, I also got a 5 year warranty which was the longest I got. Carl was also a nice guy and we "talked story" while he was working."

Heâ s honest, conscientious, skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. He has an apprentice whom he is very patient in training; and has journeymen who are very skilled.. Heâ s detail-oriented. Heâ s reasonable in pricing. Heâ s hard-working. There are no negatives about him, except that heâ s so good at what he does, that he gets busy. But donâ t let that discourage you from contacting him because he finds a way to help you. Heâ s efficient and neat too (cleans up). Have gone through over a dozen plumbers who have lied, cheated, been sloppy, didnâ t care whether or not they solved the plumbing problemâ ¦. Stu is the only one that I have found to be upfront and knows what needs to be done to solve the issues AND does get everything done to (more than) my satisfaction. I truly appreciate him and his company for the great service that they have provided and definitely will want to use them for any plumbing needs that I have. "I give Jesse a five star rating for his work. He did a great job repairing a leaking on the water supply line to my home. However, I have some comments for Allen’s Plumbing. I initially called on Monday morning and my call was answered by an answering service and I was told that I would be called by a dispatcher. But I never received a call. On Tuesday morning I called the number from an Allen’s Plumbing email and got a no longer in service message. I then called the number from the website. I was then promptly call by a dispatcher and things got on track."

"Ryan and his crew are total professionals. Skilled in every aspect of what was needed to complete a full renovation of our home. From the beginning to the end, Ryan was great at listening to my vision and any concerns along the way and responded in a timely and efficient fashion. He stayed within budget and kept me informed of progress every step of the way. He completed the full renovation (demolition down to the load bearing walls, new plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, insulation, ceiling, roof, gutters, redone original wood floors, basically everything) in exactly the time he said it would take - 2 1/2 months to the day. Ryan knows his craft like an expert and not only oversees and organizes the work but also gets his hands dirty actually doing the work. He recently built us a deck in the back yard which we love.
