"I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! Ryan and Shane did a fantastic job!! I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors!!!"

"I didn`t hire this company for a job at my residence. I recommended them to my Mom, based on the reviews they got here at Home Advisor. She is just over 70 years old, and was looking for a company to replace her outdoor tv antenna. Doesn`t use cable/internet/dish tv, just wanted to replace a standard outdoor tv antenna that was probably about 40 years old... When I contacted them thru this site, Jeff called me the next morning, and gave me his cell number to call, to set up an appointment. I didn`t call him back, since I wasn`t sure when a good time would be, for Mom to be available. He called me about 3 days later, just to see if I found another provider, got his 1st message, or whatever... NO PRESSURE, whatsoever, just checking back.. In the meantime, I had given my Mom a few options to check into. She decided to have him come out, even tho his quoted price was a little higher than some others. When he got there, he checked out the old antenna, and said it wasn`t really in that bad of shape. He could probably save her a lot of money, by just installing a "booster" to the antenna. That didn`t work, but he came back the next day, and installed a new antenna for $350, instead of the $500 originally quoted, and didn`t charge her anything, for the previous day`s visit, or materials... I found it very refreshing to deal with someone who didn`t try to "upsell", or take advantage of an older person, with no knowledge of the "hardware" involved. I would highly recommend this company, as people who really do try to save their customers` money, and do a quality job, instead of just trying to "maximize profit", at the expense of their reputation. Kind of a rare thing, nowadays, and I commend them for it. No qualms about spreading "word of mouth", for these guys. They earned it."
