"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "I would recommend Conde Tech Services to anyone in need of HVAC service, installation, and/or repair. We had an issue with our condenser tripping its fuse when running for more than a few minutes. Another HVAC company hired by our home warranty company claimed the repair would require either replacing a part, which would take weeks to deliver and install, or replacing the condenser itself, which could be accomplished faster, but would be very costly. Matthew from Conde Tech saved us weeks of aggregation or thousands of dollars when, during his inspection, he found the previous tech had misdiagnosed the issue. The fuse, not the condenser, was the problem. Matthew fixed the fuse and serviced the condenser for half the price that the previous HVAC tech quoted us for repairing the incorrect issue with the condenser (which not only wouldn’t have solved the problem, but, worse, would have left us with a continuing fire hazard). My wife and I are not only extremely satisfied with Conde Tech, we are grateful to Matthew personally for resolving an issue that put our house and safety at risk. We will be using Conde for all of our HVAC needs moving forward."

"I had two systems to replace. they sent out two crews to work them in parallel. The first thing they did was put down tarps inside the house, even on the stairway. It was a rainy day, but they did not make any mess inside the house. They left the furnace room cleaner then they found it when done. The outdoor units were leveled very nicely. They did a nice job of taking out the old units and putting in the new. They did a great job of taping everything to seal in the air flow. The work crew were all very nice, willing to answer my questions, never made me feel like I was slowing them down. They treated me like a customer that they wanted to keep happy. They have a great guarantees that show they stand behind their work. I believe the price that I got was competitive. Not the lowest,, but close, and they just made me feel more comfortable with the likely hood that they will be around another 20 years t service these systems, and they had the better warrantees and labor deals. One thing they do is to put all the units into pans and attach water sensors which will cut off the units if they overflow for some reason. Since the old units had a couple issues like that, I really liked that extra touch for even the basement one (the attic unit is required to have the pan.) They also have the nice drains which have the cutoff if the drains clog up. They were done in about 6 hours, including cleanup. And wow, are these new carrier units substantially quieter than the old TRANE ones. Since they are close to the master bedroom window, that is important. Wish I had changed them sooner. Wish I could add some pictures."

"Ariel, one of Mayco Andrade's sons, talked with me one night and was at the house before noon the next day. I was with him throughout the 4 plumbing projects he completed that day. He walked me through all of the steps of evaluating and pricing each project, and offered some savings for doing all of them that day. He was also very informative throughout the work he did, talking about various conditions that needed to be responded to and how he was doing that. He also explained a new technology, a pressure weld he used on two projects. He had to use regular welding on another project, demonstrating proficiency in both technologies. One project he took the time to educate me on the proper way to winterize when you turn off the water for an outdoor spigot. He was very patient with me. Ariel was thoughtful and careful throughout his time in the house. He wore plastic booties over his shoes, he brought bags to clean up as he was going along, he carried a mat to lay materials on and to stand and kneel on while working, he cleaned around areas being worked on, both before and after. He was efficient in organizing, carrying and caring for his tools and equipment. Throughout he demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, knowledge of the many issues of his trade that only comes with experience and good training, politeness and a willingness to keep me informed throughout the process. I'd highly recommend him and his company. Through Ariel his father (The full name if Mayco Andrade and Sons) has demonstrated that the company has the type of service that gets the job done properly, and to the customers satisfaction."

"Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."

"Technician arrived early, and was ready to diagnose and fix my Heat Pump/A/C if it was required. The technician, Diego, was very professional. Arrived in a full size van which You can stand upright in, and had everything needed for the job. He inspected external coil, compressor, lines, and the HVAC inside the house, very thoroughly. I forgot to add, Diego put new blue boot covers on before he entered our house each time. He determined we needed a little bit of R22 (Freon). Once that was done, he inserted a temp gauge into the Inspection Hole in the vent above the furnace. Nice & crispy cold 68-degrees was pumping through the house. Yay! I have dealt with at least six (!) different companies, and never had such a professional tech who explained everything thoroughly step by step, and did everything neatly, and cleanly. Everything was fastened together better than it was before and our system rocks! Best HVAC service, hands down! NOTICE: We have not been compensated for this review in any way or form.
