"Rick responded to my message promptly and with followup questions as to the problem. He gave me a time slot for the following morning. Very shortly after his arrival he had assessed the problem, explained it to me and gave me a reasonable price for repair before he began. I thought I may have needed to replace my garbage disposal, however, Rick assured me that was not the problem, saving me more money. There was no mess left behind. He was quiet pleasant and masked. "This was the second time we used H L Bowman for our plumbing needs and we have been impressed both times. Their plumbers are prompt, courteous, and friendly, in addition to being great at their craft. For this visit, I had a leak under a kitchen sink and did not realize that I needed to have the entire faucet replaced. The plumber recommended the closest plumbing supply store and waited while I selected the one I wanted. He efficiently did the replacement. Very happy with H L Bowman and would highly recommend them."

"James was extremely responsive. He was able to come over an hour after we called and it was a Sunday! He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to start investigating the issue. He explained everything to my husband and I and showed us exactly where the clog was. James fixed the problem and made sure to clean everything up before he left. He told us how to avoid this in the future and how to maintain the pipes moving forward. James was in a good mood and had a great personality. He made the stressful situation feel a lot better. I would highly recommend using him. He is honest and his prices are extremely fair. He really wants to help you and not just take your money (like most other contractors). I will definitely use him again if I need service again!"

"Blanchard Plumbing Services could not have been any better to do business with. They are an awesome company! They came out same day to check my old water heater because it was leaking. Told me right away that they would have another water heater in place the next day. Gave me a totally reasonable quote I didn’t hesitate at all. They were here at 8:00am by 3:00PM (one glitch because it was installed in my mobile home the first water heater didn’t fit it was to wide) but no problem they got another new water heater within an hour to my home now my new water heater is installed and working exactly like they said they would. I could not say enough about how professional all the plumbers I talked to were!! I would have Blanchard Plumbing Services, Inc come back for any future plumbing work I need to be done and I would recommend them 100%. Denise Plouffe"

"Dave was fantastic. Highly knowledgeable and tenacious. He solved the most difficult drain clog that anyone else would have quite but he tried everything and more with all good equipment. It was hidden in an unknow area in the yard. Amazing Amazing he found it but after 3.5 hrs of trying everything possible and more , He did it. The almost impossible. Dave is fantastic and the best. Very personal. Call him first before you waste your time with someone else."
