David was so professional and came back a few days later to do the installation. David and his son did an excellent job. "We had a stopped up toilet in our duplex rental in early February. We were notified at 3 pm. I researched plumbers in our area a replacement for our usual plumber who was unavailable. I called WyattWorks Plumbing and spoke with Shawnica who calmed me down, was friendly and professional. They were able to come out that evening. Ryan made short work of the blockage and our tenants were thrilled. When we had a blocked toilet in our home and a slightly leaking hot water faucet, we again contacted Shawnica. She told us that she'd keep in touch with us, which she actually did! Bryan Barnes came first thing Monday morning and was a great person to work with. He inspected everything and gave us 4 options to choose from which went from repairing the toilet and replacing the faucet so it would work to replacing the toilet & the faucets. We chose to repair the toilet and replace the aqua seal faucet but not the lines & hardware (another project). Bryan had everything repaired and running in an hour. He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job on the plumbing part as well as cleaning up. Shawnica, was wonderful as well she was great about working with us to schedule the appointments. We will not use our usual plumbing company (who we have used for several years) again but we will use WyattWorks for all of our plumbing needs and we would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs as well!!"
