"I previously posted an outstanding review -- after the job was finished but before we could really test it. The reality was that only HALF of the shower installation worked!! Two of the controls simply would spin around and around and no water came out! Very unprofessional. They did come back and fix it but they had specifically told me that they tested it before they left the first time. The plumber that came back was sort of stumped by the problem and had to go back to the shop to get more parts. Really? A new shower installation does not come with the necessary parts? Next, after repairing the drywall, they came back to sand it down and apply an orange peel finish. The resulting finish was very irregular and had bumps the size of pencil erasers on it! The plumber said: You might have to knock it down a bit before you paint it. No kidding. How about doing it right the first time? Overall, what I thought started out to be a great experience turned out to be rather disappointing."
