"My elderly Mother who lives about 30 miles away from me in Atwater Village, discovered a leak from her water heater. She told me that a friend of hers recommended a plumber. Like all Sonâ s I thought oh great, some plumber is going to come out and try and take advantage of her and charge her for unnecessary stuff. Nothing can be further from the truth. He kept us posted on when parts were available and when he would come over. If we ever had a question we would text him, and he would respond back immediately.
