"Office staff kept me informed regarding appointment time. Plumbers were very informative on how the tankless hot water works and installation details. While plumbers were here they inspected a sewer pit that Seaside installed 8 years ago when I hooked up to public sewer."

"We are in a very rural area and finding providers on Angies list is difficult here. We had some plumbing problems about 2 years ago and called a popular plumbing company, they are prevalent in this area. They "fixed" a list of items. One of the items was a broken spigot outside. A year later we had to call them back to fix the same spigot. They did a cheap patch up job instead of doing the job right. They charged us again for something they should've done right the first time. Now, less than a year later we had the same problem and we figured we'd take our chances with somebody else. I think we found precision plumbing in the phone book but we were very lucky this time. Jeff Matthews was very prompt, called and kept us informed of when he would be coming and also kept us informed of the cost for everything before he began the work. He explained what needed to be done which was more involved than a broken spigot and said it is something that other plumbers will often do a quick patch job on. He was very well prepared and had all the parts needed on his truck. While he was under the house doing the repairs he noticed that our dryer vent had come off and he re-attached it. I should also mention that it was over 100 degrees that day. He was very professional and I will recommend him to anyone."

"My Installers Tony and Joel, David and Donnell were very Professional and Pleasant. They installed two stand up showers in my home today. They explained the process step by step and constantly ask me how and where I wanted everything placed for installment. I would definitely recommend all of them for Shower and Tub installation. They were neat and it is a job well done."

"The crew chief (Jordan from Spicer Brothers carefully answered my questions about the job. The crew paid attention to details throughout the job. They finished cheerfully before mid day. I'm very happy with the choice of the architectural style shingle and color choice too. I would have Spicer work for me again."

"Mike and his team were very responsive to our requests. It took us several meetings for us to decide exactly what we wanted and Mike was very patient with us and had many great ideas. They were always on time and even worked when it was very cold out in order to finish the job as planned. While replacing the window, they found water damage and were able to repair this at a reasonable cost to us.
I would highly recommend Mike Phippin to anyone and will use him on future projects if they arise.
