"Kevan (spelled with an "a") was the only plumber who even called me back the day after Christmas. All these other companies that advertise 24/7 & Holidays emergency service did not even answer the phone. We lost power and our pipes froze in super cold weather we had Christmas 2022. In 32 years my pipes never froze but they did this time and they burst in multiple locations. Kevin called and came out the same day and worked into the night replacing multiple ruptures. He is extremely courteous and professional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM for any plumbing or water treatment needs. Ken H., New Paltz, NY."

"I donâ t write testimonials often, but this had to be written. My contractor quit on me mid job, leaving me without heat. I had companies come in and provide estimates. The costs were similar, but the detail of work to be done differed. Polar Plumbing explained the work needed was more than the other company described, but the price was still the same. We came to an agreement, started the work and ran into additional problems. Polar made the changes and stayed within the same time period.
