The buyer’s plumber had initially scoped the line but wanted it decalcified and cleaned due to calcium buildup, so they requested that the seller have it properly cleaned and rescoped. Jonathan and his team responded immediately. They cleaned both the interior and exterior lines and had everything completed by 3:45 pm the next day—well within our inspection timeline. He also provided two separate videos, which we shared with the buyer’s plumber, and he approved the results. Excellent communication, quick turnaround, and very professional throughout the process. Highly recommend."

Both practices gave the impression the companies were more interested in a sales pitch than quoting a fare market value for the project. BouVaag was the only plumbing company to respond to the initial inquiry with a cost estimate. Their plumber arrived during the scheduled time window, completed the project in a timely manner, and charged within the quoted estimate. An electronic invoice was sent a week later. Prepare to pay with a check as the company charges a fee for processing debit/card payments."

"Oscar came over on a Monday evening (7/14) around 6:50pm. Was expecting extra charge for after-hour work but he didn't do that. He did an excellent job with the drain and showed me where the problem was. Also, when he retracted the drain snake, a piece of the old piping, at least 20 years old, came out of the wall and he cut a new piece and replaced the old one. His pricing was cheaper than everyone else who reached out through Angie's List and other companies i reached out to. The completed work was almost cheaper than the price quoted from one company for just coming out to "look" at the project the next day (they would come out today for an extra charge of $150 because it was after 5pm). Oscar owned the company, Tapia Sewer and Drain, and I definitely recommend anyone looking for good honest work from a hard worker. Oscar left the kitchen spotless when he was done. Thank you Oscar! "Part for bathroom fixture has to find or order new fixture for bath. He replaced the furnace GFCI switch and installed new pump (which I supplied). It was fantastic to deal with friendly professional people. They were very considerate and took into account my husbands medical situation. I will have them back to install bathroom fixture and a few other things I we need done. They were very neat and tidy. They are my electricians now and in the future. I hadn't needed an electrician for 15 years, so prices can be a shock, but this company is well worth it."

We got bids for nearly double what we paid with Aleksey. I appreciate how his bid included all labor, grout, and underlayment materials. We were responsible for the cost of the tile and any other fixtures that we chose. This really helped me keep an eye on actual cost of the project rather than some contractors who provide a "faucet allowance" or other range-type prices in their bids. I knew exactly what we would be paying before the project started and I was able to make my design selections without worrying about an allowance. I appreciated the attention to detail and how great Aleksey was at following up with us regarding plumbing work or inspections. We would definitely use him and his team again."
