He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a fair price—less than half of what Champion Home Service quoted me, even with my Shield membership and their 10% discount! That was eye-opening. It made me realize how some "big" companies lose touch with customers and inflate prices once they grow. I’m ready to move on. "He was able to to troubleshoot my problem over the phone. I was told my my another plumber that I needed a auger for my drain on the roof amd he didn’t do that. Dustin called and I explained the problem to him and he walked me through some step to try and the result was I didn’t need anyone on my roof and I really didn’t have a drainage problem after all. He could have came out and charged me but he didn’t. I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend Dustin and when I do need a plumber , I will definitely call him."

"After the Texas winter storm hit we had our main line coming into the house was busted on a fitting so called the office on Tuesday and let a message, my call was returned on Saturday morning said they would be out the next day. Arrived promptly on time and repaired the pipe, even reinstalled the insulation around the pipe. Knowledgeable in what they were doing and very nice. Will make them my only plumbing company"

"Drain was blown out partially and serviceman wanted to take drain pipes apart but I refused and cleared with drain cleaner. I also refused new water switch which he suggested replacement for. Old switch worked fine once it dried out."
