After one of the hurricanes, they extended the drainage to other parts of the basement including near the furnace. They also installed a commercial sump pump with a battery back up. Since then we have had no problems with water in the basement. They only expanded our existing pipes. Other companies gave us estimates to redo everything at a much higher cost. Other companies also included estimates to redo the entire basement. They are efficient."
