"Troy was courteous , on time and had my old toilet out and new one installed in an hour. He hauled the old one away and left the work area clean. I was very pleased with the experience."

"Amazing service. Tyler redid 2 of my boyfriend’s bathroom. He took out the bathtub and installed a walk in shower because my boyfriend is 86 and has trouble getting out of bathtubs. He also added a barn door shower in both bathrooms., he put in shower seats and grab bars in both bathrooms. He even came back to fix some issues we were having. He is considerate, understanding and really easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company."

"Mike and NEAL where are my installers they were very and professional. My experience with them was wonderful. They were on time they cleaned up after themselves, and they had the work done in a couple of days, and I am so pleased with my new walk-in shower I would recommend them every time, so thank you so much."

"They were wonderful, they even went put to the store to replace a part I didn't even know I needed! I'll be coming to them for my plumbing needs from now on!"

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"Questioning the value of the membership I purchased. The hvac tech tried to sell us expensive unneeded services and didn?t provide any photos or written reports of the inspection. The plumbing tech did provide a written report of the inspection and also made suggestions for pricey upgrades. It?s hard to tell what?s necessary and what isn?t with this company. Techs have all been professional and punctual."

"Thomas did an amazing job replacing my PRV valve at my townhouse. Process was quick and easy and headache free. Quick, responsive & knowledgeable & friendly."

"We have yearly maintenance inspections done on our crawlspace encapsulation, sump pumps, dehumidifier, and on our driveway drainage grate. GROUNDWORKS has been our "one-stop go to" company for our home. Technician JR WALZ is a very articulate professional that provides courteous attention to detail service. JR explained every inspection step & maintenance procedure he was doing. He checked our cement walkway & steps for any future hazards. The GROUNDWORKS projects & service checkups have increased our home value to ourselves and frankly to any future home buyers (in my honest opinion). JR WALZ provided us with stellar written service notes to add to our house maintenance history folder. He welcomed us to call him personally for any concerns or issues we may have. We appreciated the fact that he included my wife during his service overview explanations too. Lastly, JR WALZ proactively communicated by text & phone prior to the appointment. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & WORK ETHICS!"
