"We had requested a quote for basement water proofing and when we did the quote included new gutters which was a total surprise due to the low cost. Jeff Stewart and Christian Rudd did an excellent job and are two very hardworking individuals. They stayed well past dark to complete as much work as possible. They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! The next day when they returned they took time to complete the job and cleaned everything up and we couldnâ t tell they had been here. Their product is very high quality and improved the appearance of our home. I highly recommend AFS and crew for any gutter needs!"

"The owner of the company not only came out to assess my situation and provide me with a quote, but he did actually completed the work. He took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and why it needed to be completed and then answered my million questions without hesitation. We ended up hiring him to do several projects around my house including new outlets in the basement, tying a new line into the breaker box and an installation of a can light. I think the price he charged was fair. I'll be using Ed and Eazy Electrical again soon to do some landscape lighting projects."

"Richard Eppers, the Owner and President of Guardian was actually the technician who serviced my air conditioning unit. He took time to explain how he was going to proceed, and as a senior sheltered during the pandemic, was relieved when he did not enter my home before putting on his mask and covering for his shoes. He found and fixed the problem in a relatively short amount of time, and offered advice on temperature control and future maintenance. Richard was very courteous with being phony, showed genuine concern and was totally professional throughout. In the end we discussed a maintenance agreement, which I decided was the appropriate route to avoid any future "surprises". The agreement was reasonable and I strongly feel, that though had no previous knowledge of this company, based on the Owner, that future technicians will just as professional and knowledgeable. I could not have expected in customer service, from my first call in and expeditious scheduling and followup by the office staff, to the completion of the call by Richard, I would highly recommend Guardian in a heartbeat!. I fully expect any future technicians to show the same professionalism and expertise as their boss."

"The major issue-- the clog of shower drain was rodded out promptly. I also requested that he assess a toilet that sometimes needs "help" (a plunger to increase the pressure head) to flush. His assessment was that the toilet flushes about as well as can be expected given the age of the toilet. After some "testing" I agreed that no rodding was needed-- saving me money. (He gave me guidance on buying a new toilet and his price for installation and hauling away the old toilet). He also asked to inspect water heater. He discovered a failed thermal expansion tank which needed replacement. He also discovered the age of the hot water heater (on nameplate). Based upon its age, he recommended replacement "sooner rather than later" and provided estimate. My impression: this is a knowledgeable plumber who enjoys educating his customers and wants to proactively serve their plumbing needs."
