Not happy with the estimate I got from her regular plumber, I posted the job on Networx.com, a Home Advisor partner. Ryan Collins (Collins Sanitary, LLC) was on the phone within 10 minutes offering to do the job. Since I was in town only briefly, I needed to get the job done quickly. After checking his credentials (Ryan is a Master Plumber), I called back and was able to schedule the work for the very next day. Ryan arrived when he said he would, completed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work area, and charged a very fair price. (He installed a toilet that my husband was able to buy on sale at Menard's, and hauled away the old one.) I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only would I recommend Collins Sanitary to others, I've also advised my mother to permanently switch plumbers!"

I initially called them because I had a leaking toilet that had damaged the hardwood floor and sub-floor in my bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it with a new sub-floor and ceramic tile. I was concerned about how the newly-tiled bathroom would transition into the hardwood floor in the hall outside. Cesar, one of the company's owners, assured me that he and his crew would make it a seamless transition and as the attached picture shows, they did. They also provided the labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lighting fixture and accessories in the bathroom including dry-wall repair and re-painting after removing the old fixtures. They brought in a plumber, Roque 's Plumbing and Sewer, to assess the water damage and to professionally install the new sink and toilet. Any concerns or questions I had as the project progressed were answered promptly and professionally.
