"Sunday afternoon pipe started leaking from ceiling. Al was actually the only plumber who called us via the Home Advisor project request. We are fortunate he did. He spent a lot of time with us attempting to help us identify and get leak isolated should it be the fire sprinklers It was not, but we appreciated his guidance. He told us he would be over the next morning. He was able to pinpoint the leak and work from atop a ladder to get the bad section of pipe cut out and new piece welded. He was neat and prepped the area in the kitchen with drop clothes , covers etc. we had a trash can his helper used to catch any debris and water. It took about 2 1/2 hours and it was done Very happy with his work He’s old school and brings decades of experience with him. He also has a clear understanding of the varied pipe material used throughout the years. Helpful and gave us some important tips before leaving. Highly recommend Al"

All wanted to use their fixture and cut the shower tile to fit the new fixture, so I gave up. After a year or so, I joined Angie’s list and found Top Notch plumbing. Gordon had some fixture recommendations, but allowed me to purchase my own fixture that was compatible with my current installation. The overall install took about 3 hours. "The original technician that was sent to do the job did his best but after a series of issues and 2 days of attempting to remedy them I concluded that he was in over his head.  In his defense, this type of sensor faucet is pretty new on the market and he had limited experience with this particular kind of installation.
I ended up contacting the company owner, Bob Muller.  He listened to my concerns and he took immediate action to resolve them by offering to finish the job himself.   Bob arrived within an hour of our conversation to do the work and within another hour he had the faucet working perfectly. He also checked the work that had been done on the toilets to make sure that everything was done correctly.  I'm a stickler for doing things right and up to code and Bob was on the same page with me.  It's not easy to find a really good plumber.  Bob has earned my future business.
