The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

Tony identified a cleanout right under the sink and unclogged it using a plumbing snake through that cleanout.. The water drains fine now. "They sent out a guy (Jim) the same day (within about an hour, and we had called mid-afternoon). Jim was excellent, and explained carefully how our system worked, what was failing, and how he fixed it. By the end of the day, our septic tank was pumped clean, the reason for the fluid leaking into our lawn was diagnosed, and a temporary solution was in place."
