Called Scenic City Plumbing at 8am, they had an estimator out before 10am, then the plumbers were here before noon, with a new water heater, and completed the installation by early afternoon. "Minor Repairs to 3 Toilets: The plumbing staff are polite and professional. That is where the good stops with Keefe Plumbing. My bill was $356.80. I had cash, but the plumbers did not have change. I offered them $300 cash and for them to bill me for $56.80. They would not bill me. She said I could pay by credit card, but the plumbing staff was able to to that either. I ended up having to drive 30 miles one way to take them my $356.80 payment. While I can attest to the complete professionalism of the 2 plumbers that completed my repairs, I will absolutely never hire Keefe Plumbing again because of the poor customer service of the office staff."

"We had quite a back and forth between the salesman and his boss. They were not able to do all the work we wanted for our bathroom remodel, so we scaled down what we wanted and got a quote around $23,000. We declined that and were contacted by the supervisor a day or two later who said he could lower the cost to $14,000. I've simplified the back and forth by cutting out a bunch of phone calls and 4 home visits for pictures and measurements. In the end we signed and a very competent installer showed up on time prepared for the job. We were told a "team" would be installing and therefore the job would take at the most 2 days. Bob was our team and it took 4 days to get everything done, minus installing the tub. They had ordered the wrong one and we had to wait for the right one to be delivered. It took a week to get the tub and Bob took another day to get it installed. The salesmen seem to over promise and over charge, but the product and skill level of the installers are top notch. We are happy with the final product and would use American Home Design again. It was difficult to get anyone to make a bid, and there are a lot of rip off artists out there, so going with a national chain makes sense."
