"We had a leak that buckled our subfloor. Jessie came out and did an inspection, but our leak was not obvious. Jessie did everything he could before having to tear into our wall. When he did he found two leaks inside the wall. Jessie could see we were going to have to replace the floor and wanted to be sure there were no other issues. He continued his inspection, our drain pipe looked good, but when he inspected further he found that water was leaking thru the cement seal of the natural stone tile. This was not something Jessie could address, because we needed a tile person. Jessie advised us on our next step and even set fans in our crawl space to help minimize any mold issues that might arise due to the damage from the leak. Plumbing issues are never cheap, but we felt Jessie gave us more then we were expecting. He was clean, courteous , and reassuring. If I need a plumber in the future, I will be requesting Jessie."
