Someone actually answered the phone and got me a soon appointment for the work to be done. When the serviceman came, I had no clue where the septic tank was. He showed me where it was. He also said that the tank only needed to be emptied every 3 years, instead of what another company had told my husband - every year. I thanked him for his honesty and was very pleased with their service. They are honest and hard workers. Would hire them again!!"

It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage.
