"Excellent support for drain clearance. Plumbing repair that was added was not too great. One week delay in obtaining the needed parts and then the repair leaked. However good response to correct the defect. Value was great for drain clearance but rather high for plumbing repair."

"Dad and son duo!!! Very, very knowledgeable, very, very clean, and good work. The only people I will call from now on with my well issues. Very professional will recommend to any and every one! Told me they would be there at 9am was there right on time and pulled my stuck pump replaced it and the wires all under 2 hr and at a great price! Thank you again you guys are the best!"

"A representative for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kernersville called me around 10:00 am and indicated he had a plumber in the area who would be able to come to my home within 1 1/2 hours. I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."

"I was having problems with my sink not draining and called P3 Plumb Purple Plumbing for help. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the issue and explained that my P-trap had been installed incorrectly and that my sink needed a Studor vent. He made the repairs right away, and since then I haven't had a single problem. He was very responsive, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. "Steve Way did a great job for us. He replaced walls, flooring, plumbing, light fixtures, a tub and a walk-in shower. We were dealing with the worst possible Insurance Adjuster and Steve was in our corner the whole time. He worked very hard to get us back into our home as fast as possible.
