"Outstanding service was provided by PipeWorks start to finish. Very clean (booties, drop clothes, no damage), very professional for a reasonable price. I continue to use PipeWorks because they are extremely HONEST and use nothing but quality materials (they know the required plumbing codes) with no short-cuts (no pushy ad-on sales). The plumbers that have done work for me are highly qualified and easy to talk to (they are happy to answer any questions). I come from a family of people across the trades, and I can say PipeWorks is highly respected within the trades."

"As a person in the plumbing trades both new construction and service work I have come to appreciate the skills of someone who does a craft full time and is encouraged to develop skills to make it “their” full time occupation and career. Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. Great company that invests in training, retaining and having the equipment that their service people need to be efficient, productive and provide the services that they are being relied on to provide."

"They were amazing to work with.  They were very prompt and reasonably priced for the work we needed to get done.  They gave me an estimate same day to allow for a quick decision on our part.  Our plumber accidentally cut one of our new wires in the process of setting the plumbing, and Randy's was quick to come back out to fix the issue.  Also, their staff over the phone was always helpful and friendly to get things set up.  I will definitely be recommending them!

"We got bids from several companies. Great Lakes did the best job explaining the options and the product and their quote was the lowest. Installers communicated, were on time and got the job done in a few hours. We are extremely happy with our new door."

"We had used Ron a couple times in Hector from word of mouth for tree branch back up, pricing always reasonable and not overly crazy, but worth the work, of course! Then our underground plumbing rusted..nightmare! He was available to talk through situations as we had to demo basement for us to save money and for him to put plumbing in, just great! Everything was fixed timely, professionally, and good conversation between men! Highly recommend!!"

"He was very upfront with us and told us exactly how it would go.  We just told him to do what he could and he just did what he could.  He did fix the problem.  He was friendly and professional.  As far as I’m concerned plumbers don’t weigh too much, no matter who they are.  I think the going rate is $100 an hour or so, and so he charge us the same.  He was fine with the appointments and he didn’t damage anything.  We had him out here a year ago to remove an old soft water piston.  I liked him then and that’s why I called him the second time.  He did a good job.  He usually comes out as soon as he can.  Time before last when he did the water softening, I think it took him a day to get out here.  It was the next day after I called.  With this last plumbing faucet thing, he was out the same day; in fact within two hours I think.  He is very responsive.  I don’t think his price is high but I just think plumbers want too much money.  The quality is very good.  I will use his services again in the future."

"Great! The price was right, the plumber was wonderful! and they came within the hour of me reaching out on Angie's List. Would definitely use them again."

"Filipp and his crew did an extraordinary job ripping out our very decrepit old shower and replacing it with a very elegant new shower. The price for all of this work was reasonable. Filipp kept us informed every step of the way and was prompt with his replies. We are very impressed with the quality and promptness of his work."

"Trident Bath and Shower did an outstanding job ripping out our tub and putting in a safer and more convenient shower for us. We loved how they worked with us to find the most affordable and efficient solution for our bathroom. They all are such kind, honest, and wonderful people. From the first phone call to the rep coming to our home and educating us, to the final installation. Everything went better than we could’ve imagined! Definitely the best bath company we’ve dealt with!"

"WE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! IT WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH THE SALES REP, JON, HE HAS A VERY "CAN DO" ATTITUDE WITH NO SALES PRESSURE. THE VARIOUS CREWS ALL DID A VERY GOOD JOB, WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS & TIMELY. WE WENT WITH BEISSEL BECAUSE OF THE GOOD PRICE, THEIR LONG HISTORY AND THE FACT THEY WERE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF MOST ALL OF THE HOME REPAIR WE NEEDED TO DO."
