I soon received a consultation call from Troy. He listen, patiently as I explain the dire situation. Troy ask for pictures and said that he would complete cost estimation and call me when complete. He kept his word and called, giving me a detailed breakdown of what needs to be done and replacement cost for water heater and needed supplies to complete. An installation date and time window was scheduled. Troy kept me updated regarding his arrival. He arrived on time. He did a review and again, explained what he would be doing. "The experience started with David, our salesperson. He was informative, personable and not pushy. I liked the product and signed. However, hubby wanted more quotes. We got two more and were not pleased with value at other places. Stuck with Five Star. They were about a week quicker getting product and it was a one day install (mostly). There were a few hiccups which can happen but they took care of the problems quickly. The end product is gorgeous and my 82 year old mom feels much safer taking a shower."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"Mike was very quick to take my call literally minutes after submitting my request on HomeAdvisor. I had two other plumbers come out for a clogged drain issue and both of them never even went inside to check out the issue. They both stood outside and mentioned that since my house was old, I'd need to replace all of my plumbing and quoted me basically around $7000. Bear in mind that I put in a request because my toilets wouldn't flush. Mike showed up shortly after the other two left, came inside, took a look at the issue, brought in an auger, and fixed my issue within minutes. Toilets were able to flush again. Tubs were able to drain. Mike provided a no-nonsense immediate solution to my issue on top of taking a general look at the property and pointing out a few other things that may need to be resolved in the future. Very nice. Very professional. I'd give 6 stars in all categories if I could."
