"We have been dealing with an ongoing water drainage and leaking issue on our property for over two years. After having conducted repairs with an independent contractor and believing the issue had been resolved, it only continued to persist. I estimate home repairs in my job and confirmed the pricing was within the market price for the area. I feel it can be done cheaper, but the service and quality of people in my home are important to me. As part of the club, I recently had a plumbing review.
