"The Pure Mechanical Technician showed up on time and went right to work. He explained every step to me as he proceeded. He was a pleasure to chat with throughout the process. An hour and a half later he was in his way and I was making hot water again. The plumbing inspector was very happy with the install and passed it pretty quick. He also explained the finer details of what he call a good install."

"Tony was very friendly. He was very concerned about making everything just right with his work. He was very particular. He cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again when I am in need of plumbing work."

"The service went well. It was our first time using the company. One technician came out and completed the job in about a half hour. He did a fine job and was very professional. He respected our property. They responded within a couple hours of our call. They showed up when they said they would. They were timely and effective."

"Excellent service! They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away. My drains are running perfectly again. Highly recommend!"

"Major sewer line backup while visiting my sister in Minneapolis. Had called a "rooter" service that was unable to fix the problem. They said it needed to be lined. Luckily, I discovered the Dig Free team. They came out right away, gave me a quote (which was fabulous), and was able to start right away! I was incredibly impressed and relieved. Their service and work was great and everything was cleaned up too. I would definitely recommend Dig Free to anyone!! Great job!!"

"So easy to work with. David was very helpful through the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable, and so reasonably priced. II would highly recommend Mattson Plumbing!"
