"So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. I'm currently recovering from heart surgery and my recovery has been difficult... So I left a frantic message with Eddie's explaining that my toilet exploded. Even though it was super late at night, I got a call back! I cried on the phone about everything and he came to my place right away. The tech was a nice young guy, though not Eddie himself, and he and my father in law did whatever needed to be done so I could still use my toilet. It was quick and clean and he was professional and polite. I would definitely be using these guys again!

The only con was the $20 gas fee This work was completed before gas prices went up, & I was already paying an $89 fee just for them to assess the job, which was additional to the work. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."
