It turned out GREAT! I was amazed at how much room there was inside! He built a work bench along one wall, installed shelving for storage and put in a double door to accommodate large items to move in and out (lawnmower, etc.) The loft doubled the floor space for storage and I was able to empty the pile of stuff from the garage and attic into the loft area.
