Installation of an 50 gallon electric hot water heater was installed today as scheduled without any complications. When I submitted my request for a professional, this provider was noted. I soon received a consultation call from Troy. He listen, patiently as I explain the dire situation. Troy ask for pictures and said that he would complete cost estimation and call me when complete. He kept his word and called, giving me a detailed breakdown of what needs to be done and replacement cost for water heater and needed supplies to complete. An installation date and time window was scheduled. Troy kept me updated regarding his arrival. He arrived on time. He did a review and again, explained what he would be doing. "I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. "Matthew from Drimaxx was awesome!  He was very informative and kept my mind at ease during a difficult situation.  Remediation work was performed in a timely manner and was done correctly.  Air quality testing was also done to verify that remediation was compeltely correctly.  MAtthew followed up on completion of project and made sure that we were satisifed.  Very good experience overall.  I would reccomend this company to anyone who needs remediation work done.
