The next morning he was over at my house, looked at the issues, and gave me a cost very quickly. His personality and professionalism got him the job right away. The next day, he was at my house, filling out the permit information, doing the project, etc. After completion, he showed me everything, tested it and it was great. The new fixtures are much higher quality and corroded pipes were replaced, everything was wiped clean, vacuumed and received instructions on usage to ensure no issues.
