They were able to stop by within a few hours to assess the situation. Lou explained my options very clearly. They were back the next day, Sunday, and replaced the somewhat unusual sized electric tank heater which is in a tight space. Very grateful for fast, quality work without getting ripped off! They worked very tidy, and were both professional and personable. I will be reaching out to them for a few other things I'd like done."
