"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

"After considerable comparing and contrasting replacement costs for a gas water heater, it was clear that Coastal Plumbing and Heating are an ethically-driven business model. The first quote I received included costly replacement items germane according to the first quote. When compared to and discussed with Coastal Plumbing and Heating not only were the so-called necessary add-ons unnecessary, the cost was dramatically reduced. Retaining Coastal saved me $2,718.45. Both quotes were for the exact same brand replacement tank. And . . . this is important they arranged their schedule to come the same day they were contacted after hearing I did not have hot water for 3 days. Should there be future plumbing issues in my home, I wouldn't hesitate to call Ken, the owner and licensed plumber of Coastal Plumbing and Heating. Ken and his son worked together, completed the work in a timely manner, no additional costs above the quoted amount and are very respectful. "They came out right away and assessed the situation to let us know that we needed to hire a plumber right away. He fixed the drains until we could get a plumber out there. They were able to clean out the clog in our drain to have some water flow."

"Firstly I choose Jeff because of his outstanding reviews and very reasonable quote. I was not disappointed. Jeff and his team did an excellent job on a challenging bathroom addition. It basically consisted of transforming a storage space under the roof with inadequate head hight into a full bathroom. Jeff worked closely with me on the design giving good practical suggestions and was extremely professional in the construction. This included getting a structural engineer to verify roof loads after installing a huge skylight that provided necessary head height. He also had the great idea to change the design to include a bath in a very tight space after work had begun. Jeff was outstanding in his communication and flexibility to change the project design once under construction. Everyone on his team was excellent ranging from carpenters, plumbing, electrical, painting etc.. and Jeff was great at coordinating them all. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him!"

"I definitely will go to them again for any future plumbing needs. Not only did he make the requested repairs, he figured out why there was no hot water to the bathroom and corrected it. All our plumbing works great now and the ceiling was repaired so nicely that no one would ever know it was cut open to access the pipes. Highly, highly recommend!!!"
