    Comment: I have a shower that has a drain which is below the water table. The drain has a flow-back preventer (ball type). Below the flow-back preventer, there is a pipe that goes out into a sewage pit that contains a sewage ejection pump. Sitting on top of the flow-back preventer is a plastic fitting that attaches to the tile floor. The tile floor sits on top of concrete. Problem statement: 1. The drain is clogged (it drains but very slowly) 2. I cannot clear the clog because it does not have a noticeable clean-out (nor can I get past the flow-back preventer) 3. I tore up some of the plastic casing sitting atop of the flow-back preventer that the tile connects to Needs: 1. Pipe unclogged 2. Clean-out installed (if one does not exist) 3. Drain plastic replaced (that the tile sits on) so that I can access the clean-out and replaces the damage I caused 4. Concrete fixed (the parts that needed to be removed for the above-mentioned work to be done) Things I have verified: 1. The sewage ejection pump is functioning correctly 2.
