They were quick, professional and overall reasonably priced. We would definitely hire again. I gave 4 stars for quality, as once they were finished and left- I heard this overwhelming flow of water under the house. I went to turn off at the water heater and it did nothing (meaning busted pipe under). I ran out and shut off the main valve (after trying to get it flush to turn....)- after which at least 75 gallons of water had been disbursed under the home (watched meter- costing us more money in water bill and time of return). I called JL and they came right back and fixed everything correctly. Excellent communication and the (Office Manager?) woman I spoke with was very polite, professional and overall very helpful! "First of all they came when they said they would each day and was on time. Bath and vanity area had not been changed since the house was purchased in 1975. They took out the bathtub replaced it with a shower 3 side wall and ceiling  with bench seat, grab bar and wand replace all plumbing fixtures and glass shower doors. Laid ceramic tile in bathroom and vanity area. In vanity area installed new linen closet and vanity with marble top counter replace all the plumbing fixtures here as well. For both rooms installed new sub-floor prior to laying tile."
