I was interested in a tub to shower conversion because unfortunately, my wife and I are getting older and the tub we had was becoming difficult to enter and exit. He took the time to explain my system in full detail, answered all of the hundred questions I had about possible replacement in the future, and just showed such professionalism from start to finish.
