"I contacted Just In Case Plumbing & Heating and they arrived at my home within 20 minutes. Alec and his assistant discussed the issue with me, investigated where the leak showed and traced it back to the kitchen refrigerator. They were able to find where the refrigerator water lines were leaking and repaired the problem and stopped the leak. They were professional and personable and explained the problem to me. They were extremely cost effective and I recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs."

"He was our third plumber who tried to unclog the drain. He had the right tools and saved our bacon. We had been two days without a kitchen sink! We could not have had a better experience!"

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."

"Joe was out plumber for this job and we will be using him for all of our future plumbing need. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and knew exactly how to fix it. Highly recommend!"
