The gentleman’s name was Malik from JPN that replaced my water heater located in the attic which we all know is miserably hot!!! I did not hear one complaint or even a sigh of having to work in an attic in this Texas heat but rather he did the job with a smile on his face and had an incredible attitude the whole time. He was professional and had great work ethic and knowledge in the business. I would highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing Now to anyone and will be happily returning as a customer in the future. "They seemed knowledgeable about plumbing however the ceiling was low in our home where the water heater is located and he disassembled the heater before realizing it could never be raised in that space. A tape measure or just looking could tell you that. We had to pay an installation cost for him to reinstall the old heater anyway. The reason I scored him was because he complained a lot and that made me uncomfortable. He did good work though where it was needed."
