"Brad had the power to change my aversions regarding hiring for service repairs for my home due to prior repairmen hired for inside or outside repairs and projects overcharged and in some cases, did very substandard work. Consequently I stopped having any changes or upgrades done to my home. Brad walked me thru the trouble that caused my boiler system to develop air in the heating pipes causing the annoying gurgling noises. He ran out to his distributor to pick up the part; let me know the cost of the part and, upon completion of the job, he presented me with an appropriately priced fee; he did not overcharge. YAY! I thanked him for his excellent service and took a number of his cards to present to friends and neighbors. Brad will be contacting me in the Spring to review upgrades to my central air systems (I have 2 in my home). I am looking forward to doing business with Brad again in the future."
