He used camera drain inspection technology to visualize the broken pipe underneath the concrete slab to ensure the appropriate work. He then came up with a blue print of how he was going to fix it, and explained everything in detail. This was a big project and he and team did everything they promised . He did an excellent job repairing the broken drain pipe and cleaned up the area before completion. Eli is very knowledgeable, professional, and customer service oriented. The woman who arranged the appt called to confirm; Lynne arrived promptly as expected, He explained the work that needed to be done to install the laundry tub sink, the cost, and approximately how long he expected the work to take. The price was very fair and he was able to do the work on the spot, at my request. I am very pleased with the work and the company. "We ordered a washer and dryer and wanted to have it installed. The company couldnâ t do it, apparently, we needed a shit off valve installed that the deliverer couldnâ t do. It was a Saturday so I attempted to call all the gas companies here in the Tampa area to have it done as soon as possible. The most accommodating of them was All American Gas Services. They went out of their way to get to our house the same day. They were there early and did an amazing job with what we needed to be done. They are professional and extremely friendly. "The only ding I have is that when we made the appointment we were told they could replace an undermount bathroom sink. As it turns out they don't do that and apparently not many do. They suggested we reach out to granite companies as that is the type of counter we have. Otherwise, the service was great. They serviced out Noritz tankless water heater, replaced a kitchen faucet that we supplied, replaced parts in a toilet that was self flushing, replaced cartridges in two sinks that had slow drips. I would highly recommend this company."

I love the integrity, quality, and professionalism of this company. The night we starting hearing our outside a/c unit INSIDE my kitchen, we immediately called. Although it was nearly 10pm on a Thursday, we spoke live with a tech, assured her that this was not an emergency, but we would like someone to come out asap. He was extremely polite and professional. We reviewed our options, researched the offered products and prices, and found their quality to be superior and the investment to be a more than fair price for the quality. We completed the documentation agreement with our choices and contacted Cornerstone Pros to make the appointment. They forwarded me through to Chris again who was able to get the new system installed the very next day, despite it being a weekend (Saturday). I received another appointment confirmation email with the name and picture of my installer, Josh. Josh and his co-worker arrived at my house first thing Saturday morning. With 2 people working, the estimated installation time was cut in half, ensuring that our system would be fully functional by early afternoon. Both technicians were polite, respectful, and informative, explaining how to navigate through our new system, as well as ensuring the county permits would be issued once the business week reopened (I received my permit on Tuesday, along with a phone call to confirm) and the steps we would take to walk through that process. Cornerstone Pros is a company you can trust. They are deeply vested in this community, and their care for their clientele is evident. We are so happy with their customer service, quality, work, and professionalism, and we highly recommend them to everyone we know.
